We only get paid when we successfully sell your business. Our fee is a percentage of the final sale price and is fully outlined in our agreement, no hidden charges, ever. There is a small deposit upon agreeing to utilizing our service to sell your business which is credit back to you at closing.


The time it takes to sell a business with Camden Care Network varies depending on several factors, including the size of the business, the industry, and the current market conditions. We work diligently to sell businesses as quickly as possible while ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients. In some cases it can take a few months while others maybe 6 -8 months depending on the size and complexity of your business.

Not at all. Many owners come to us simply to understand their options or prepare for a future exit. Whether you’re looking to sell in 3 months or 3 years, getting educated now helps you make better decisions later.


Determining the value of your business is based on many factors, not just profitability or revenue. The expected future performance, the systems you have in place, your desire to stay on after the sale, churn rate etc. After an initial free valuation meeting you will have an estimate of the value of your business. Confidentiality is a top priority. We never publicly list your business. All buyer inquiries go through us, and we only share identifying information once a buyer is vetted and signs a non-disclosure agreement. Your staff can be informed after the sale is complete.
